Discounted Group Rates
- To use the discount, guests must call SBC Front Desk directly to book at 615-340-7469. Use discount code SBC2024.
- Guests can call weekdays/weekends 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. CST to book a room.
- Book by: October 6, 2024.
Layout options:
- Twin - $80.00 base price with tax is $95.50
- Full - $90.00 base price with tax is $107.13
- Queen - $100 base price with tax is $119.75
Additional Information:
- If you need a first-floor room, please notify staff at the time of booking, since we do not have elevators in any of the sleeping buildings.
- Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 10:00 a.m.
- All rooms now have a one-time cleaning fee of $25.00 applied to every reservation. The houses have a one -time fee of $100.00 for cleaning.
- Guests will be required to pay the first night’s charge as a deposit at the time of booking by credit card. We will keep that card on file and run the balance on it. That is typically done when checking in. Guests have up to 48 hours prior to arrival to cancel without penalty. If they cancel within 48 hours of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited (the first night’s charge).
- Each room shares a restroom with the adjoining guestroom.
- To make your room private, you may purchase the entire suite - prices start at $130.00, depending on bed size. Please inquire when making your reservation.
- For suitemate requests, please encourage the 2nd guest to call asap after the initial reservation has been made.
- The majority of our Guest Rooms are single occupancy with one twin size bed.
- All guestrooms are pre-blocked per request or by gender due to our unique suitemate situation.
