  • Lifelong Learning Sessions

    Friday, October 16

    9:30–11:30 a.m.  · Vanderbilt Divinity School · Reading Room

    Join us for Vanderbilt Divinity School’s Lifelong Learning Sessions and experience a sample of our Lifelong Learning Program. These sessions highlight the kind of faith-informed continuing education we offer for individuals, congregations, and organizations. These sessions are designed to invite formation in new ways, offering space to bring your own lived experience into conversation with others while deepening connections across the Divinity School community. Participants are eligible to receive 0.2 continuing education credits.

  • Community Service Project

    Friday, October 16

    11:45 a.m.–1:00 p.m.  · Vanderbilt Divinity School · The Space

    Take part in service and solidarity alongside the Vanderbilt Divinity School community. This year's hands-on service project will invite participants to put faith into action by supporting neighbors in need and responding to real challenges in our broader community. Together, we will contribute to efforts that provide care, connection, and essential resources to our community.

  • Distinguished Alumni/ae Celebration

    Friday, October 16

    5:00–7:00 p.m.  ·  Vanderbilt Divinity School · Reading Room

    Join us for an evening of celebration and recognition as Vanderbilt Divinity School and the Graduate Department of Religion honor distinguished alumni/ae whose work has made a significant impact in ministry and scholarship. The evening begins with a reception, followed by dinner with an address from Dean Yolanda Pierce and the presentation of awards to this year’s honorees.

  • Interfaith Service & Blessing

    Saturday, October 17

    9:00–10:00 a.m. · Vanderbilt Divinity School · Benton Chapel

    One Vanderbilt: A Student-Led Interfaith Service & Blessing

    All Reunion attendees are invited to begin Saturday morning with a Campus Blessing, a student-led worship service that brings together multiple faith traditions in shared reflection.

    Held in the historic Benton Chapel, this service will bring together student leaders from diverse faith traditions, including Protestant, Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, and Buddhist communities. Through brief reflections, readings, and moments of collective pause, the Campus Blessing offers a space to ground the Reunion experience in connection, meaning, and Vanderbilt’s enduring commitment to spiritual and ethical life.

    All are welcome to attend and share in this time of reflection.
