Chris Regan

Chris will serve as the Financial Unit Manager (FUM) for the Blair School of Music and the Divinity School.  Also, he will interact regularly with the faculty and staff in the Blair School and Divinity School, and with other FUMs across campus. Working closely with the Senior Administrative Officer, Finance (SAO) and Chief Business Officer, Chris will monitor systems and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting principles, University, State, and Federal regulations, and audit requirements, and serves as a key departmental contact on Vanderbilt policy and process questions

Chris has worked at Vanderbilt since 2019, beginning his career as a Research Assistant at the Warren Center for Neuroscience Drug Discovery, and working as a FUM/Budget Analyst for the School of Basic Sciences.

Prior to joining Vanderbilt University, Chris was a personal trainer, and worked with NFL, NBA, and MLB players as well as country music artists such as Jason Aldean, The Band Perry, and others.  He also played football at the University of Tennessee as a wide receiver.

Chris loves spending time with his two sons, Cason and Beckham, as well as his wife of 8 years, Cassidy.  Along with spending time with his family, Chris also loves working out, watching sports, and attending concerts.
