Lauren Cosgrove

Lauren serves as Senior Administrative Officer (SAO), bringing over a decade of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadership across healthcare, nonprofit, and military sectors. Prior to joining the team, Lauren supported Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Department of Pediatrics, where she supported financial operations for 19 specialty divisions, including clinical and federally sponsored research programs as Senior Financial Analyst.

Lauren is a U.S. Air Force veteran of nine years, where she led Financial Management Office operations as a non-commissioned officer (NCO). Her military career helped shape her collaborative leadership style and commitment to service, precision, and adaptability in dynamic environments. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Louisiana State University Shreveport and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryan College.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys staying active through sports and weightlifting, volunteering, expressing creativity through painting and candle-making, and playing music. She also cherishes time with her senior dog, Milo—a seasoned traveler who once lived in Central America.
